Returns and Exchanges

Little Darling Co. Ltd products may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.


In this case please get in touch within 7 days of goods being received.
All returned goods must be returned in the same condition as they were in when dispatched, in the original packaging and accompanied by an approval number for returns. To obtain an approval number, please contact Little Darling Co. Ltd (info@littledarling.co).

 

REFUND POLICY
Please choose carefully as Little Darling Co. Ltd is under no obligation to provide a refund for goods purchased where the Purchaser has changed their mind.  See the Returns Policy for returning faulty goods.

 

REPAIRS POLICY
We will repair any manufacturing fault at no cost within 6 months of the purchase date.
Manufacturing faults do not include:
- chipped, cracked or broken gemstones.
- broken chains.
- general wear and tear.

If you would like any of the above repairs made, we can assess the damage and will let you know the cost before proceeding.
