Shipping & Delivery




All goods are shipped from The Netherlands and will be delivered to the address specified on the order. We only deliver to residential or company addresses – not to PO boxes or parcel shops. All orders are shipped with DHL. The parcel must be signed for upon receipt. Everyone at the addresses can sign for you but be careful as it is with binding effect on you.

All our shipments are insured and will be available with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched and it has been registered by our courier, you will receive a track and trace number by e-mail. You are always welcome to contact customer care for an update on your order.



We offer free standard delivery with no order minimums to countries on the EU and UK. See below countries included on that list.

Please note that even for countries which we will deliver to, there may be specific exclusions relating to individual items or restrictions on certain items dependent on the country of export/import.

For customers outside of The Netherlands, all orders are shipped with Import Duties & Taxes unpaid. Therefore, customers will be contacted by our nominated courier in advance of delivery for collection of these fees which are payable directly to the courier. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
